Abbazia was founded in 1142 by monks who still work to better their community and live humbly. This alpine Pinot is light on its feat with ripe tart cherry, brightness and some earthy herbal notes as well. The wine is fully made in stainless steel with enhances how fresh and juicy it is.
Try this with some alpine cheeses, a perfect pairing with so many cheeses its almost difficult to get it wrong.
