In the Italian land of Piedmont, there a ton of huge wines you need to age forever before you can experience their greatness... Summer Wolff & Gianluca at Azienda Agricola Gaia saw a missing product. They wanted some fun easy affordable and delicious wines that are farmed properly, this is where Prima Piuma comes in.
This is a crispy, mineral driven lemony white with some peach and lemon-lime notes. 90% Sauvignon Blanc, 10% Timorasso. Very dry and aged in stainless steel. Refreshing, crisp, textured and tasty.
