Garnacha Blanca is a relative to Grenache/Garnacha, that has mutated to be a white grape. We mostly know it as a component of white Chateauneuf-Du-Pape, but this is from the Spanish Pyrenees!
This is hand-harvested, fermented in stainless steel & rested on the lees for 4 months. It has a beautiful texture and freshness as well. Orchard fruit, bar fruit, white florals and a slightly oxidized note we really like.
Fish tacos and a bottle of this? A perfect evening.
