Cuvée Blanche NV Crémant de Bourgogne
Pinot Noir | Burgundy, France
- Notes
Bruno Dangin was once a Champagne producer. This all changed after World War I when several borders were redrawn and they found themselves no longer officially in Champagne, but in Burgundy. They organically farm 5 ha of vines in the town of Molesme, just a stone’s throw away from Champagne. This blanc de noirs (100% Pinot Noir) is aged on the lees for 36 months and showcases finesse, minerality and elegance rarely found in Cremant de Bourgogne. We are happy to be able to offer these wines as they were exclusive to New York’s Eleven Madison Park prior to the pandemic. Drink on its own as an aperitif or try with fried mushrooms.
