Rosewood Winery's inaugural sparkling was made using a solera sparkling program that they hope to maintain for years to come! Small volumes of base were made from 2016-2022 and blended together this spring. A portion was bottled using the traditional method to be put back into the solera for blending going forward and a portion was bottled using the Charmat method creating this non-vintage sparkling wine.
