Pure expression of the Belle de Boskoop apple (also known as Reinette de Montfort), which was identified in the Netherlands in 1856. Known for its high vitamin C content, with tart, firm and fragrant pulp. From cow and sheep pastures in the commune of Egnach in Thurgovie, this is a new cuveé as of 2017. Rich and complex nose with a bitter, herbal touch and intense fruit. Extra-sec with just a dash of sweetness. Mineral on the palate with a caramelized richness, considerable length, and light refreshing bubbles.A captivating cider that keeps you going back. Don’t rush with this one!
