Margot is a semi-soft cheese made from pasteurized cow's milk in Piemonte, Italy. During production, it is washed with Margot Blonde Ale also made in the region. The result is a springy cheese with a slight funk and an aroma that is reminiscent of a freshly poured beer. It's a shop favourite and we're so happy to have it back in the case after an extended hiatus.
