We love finding good Cava!
At Good Cheese we love Champagne and all things bubbles, but we also like not breaking the bank every day of the week and this Cava really delivers incredible value while being made in the Champagne method.
This is made just outside Barcelona from the grapes Xarel-lo, Parellada and Macabeo. The dosage is less than 2g/l, very dry and disgorged to order!
The Suriol family of Azumut makes their Cava with notes of peach, tropical fruit, almonds and lemon meringue pie, alongside a steely minerality and crispness. We really like these crispy dry styles with brie and fresh goat cheeses.
