This Sauvignon Blanc is aged for 10 months in concrete before being released with its ripe pear notes, cantaloupe, cucumber, flint, smoke and herbal aromas. Zesty and dry. Fresh and acidic. Some fresh cut grass classic Sauvignon Blanc notes are here as well, with passionfruit, but reads cool-climate for sure. The Beton wines are some of our favourite wines, especially when we consider the price to quality ratio.
