Tamarack Farms is a closed loop farm in Northumberland Country, Ontario. We are lucky enough to stock a few of their coveted products.
The the Proper Marmalade this is made with Seville oranges imported straight from Seville and a fine cut shred. However, Fancy Marmalade sees the addition of 15 Year Old Dalwhinnie Single Malt Whiskey lending it a malted honey note on the finish. It was honoured with a Gold at the World Marmalade Festival in 2019.
