Organic Sardines in EVOO

Maria Organic is a small Portuguese conservas producer committed to doing things the right way — wild-caught fish, certified organic extra virgin olive oil, hand-packing, and recycled paper packaging. Their sardines are a benchmark for what tinned fish can be when quality is the only priority.

Whole sardines, packed with care and simplicity: just fish, organic EVOO, and salt. The sardines are plump, tender, and full of flavour — rich and savoury with the clean, briny depth of well-sourced Atlantic fish.
