Alto White '23

Dean Stoyka is pushing Stratus into the status of one of our favourite wineries. He's really pursued enviornmental farming and winemaking in Niagara, shifting the facility into better eco-conscious methods through-and-through.

This particular wine is innovative and provacative in its own way... a white blend of Gamay, Sangiovese, & Merlot. Yes, those grapes are indeed the ones used in this white wine. This medium bodied white has notes of kiwi, red apples and honey (its dry!). Stratus has been known for its bigger classic reds & this really showcases a playful fun side from its new generation.
