This spontaneous wild beer is inspired by traditional Lambic beers - funky, bright, vinous brews from 13th century Belgium.

During overnight temps in the fall, traditional turbid wort is rested for several days in an open-air coolship. This allows wild yeasts and microorganisms to add their flavour-causing goodness, before a three year aging process begins.

The 2024 batch is light, targ, funky, and extra bubbly!

Order before 10AM for same-day delivery throughout the GTA Monday-Friday! Orders placed after 10AM will be delivered next day. Packages arrive between 3pm-10:30pm, unfortunately we are not able to accommodate specific delivery times at the moment. However, if you would like a specific delivery date, simply make a note at check out and we can hold your package until the requested date. 

Orders placed outside of our delivery zone will be shipped through Canada Post. Canada Post delivers Monday - Friday, any estimates in delivery times made by Canada Post are approximate and are not guaranteed. 

We're also available for pick-ups and in store shopping 11AM to 7PM seven days a week.
