We used to sell this classic Loire Chenin when Sebastien called it Domaine Bobinet. Over the years he has fallen in love with a former professional dancer, who changed careers to wine after an injury. We now sell this classic Loire Chenin from Domaine Calvez-Bobinet at Good Cheese HQ.
Red apple, wet wool, slight earl grey tea notes, this is classic wine made in a low-intervention way. Light on its feet- which makes sense considering the dance background. Vibrant, high-acid, lower abv, everything you want in natural white wine from the Loire.
