Most important to notice about this skin-contact bottle is that its 1L instead of 750mls, which really sets the tone that this bottle is built in the glou-glou style which so quickly disappears.

It's made in Piedmont from Nascetta, Moscato and Incrocio Manzoni (which is one we've honestly never heard of before...) It has notes of clementines, honey, candied ginger and easy-going citrus.

Aged two weeks on the skins and aged in amphora and cement. The Poderi Cellario family really focus on fun and fresh wines while also being serious champions of low-intervention winemaking and ethical farming.
