Tomme Vaudoise is a soft mixed rind cheese from the Vaud and Geneva regions of Switzerland, made from pasteurized cow's milk. It has a thin, delicate rind with white or rust-coloured mould and an exceptionally creamy paste. When young, the cheese is mild and lactic, with pronounced hay, yeast, and animal tones as it matures.
An excellent addition to a cheese board at any age, and pairs excellently with potatoes and vegetables. Try flambeing a young wheel for a unique dessert!

Order before 10AM for same-day delivery throughout the GTA Monday-Friday! Orders placed after 10AM will be delivered next day. Packages arrive between 3pm-10:30pm, unfortunately we are not able to accommodate specific delivery times at the moment. However, if you would like a specific delivery date, simply make a note at check out and we can hold your package until the requested date.
Orders placed outside of our delivery zone will be shipped through Canada Post. Canada Post delivers Monday - Friday, any estimates in delivery times made by Canada Post are approximate and are not guaranteed.
We're also available for pick-ups and in store shopping 11AM to 7PM seven days a week.
