Working out of his family’s garage, Stefano has created an exciting new project as of 2019. A former international engineer who returned to Piedmont to start a family and winery. Arneis is a crisp and floral grape which ranges from rich and round to zippy and sharp, Stefano has landed in the middle with perfect balance. The wine is complex with white blossom notes, a savoury nature and a welcome grippy texture. Lees ageing for three months in small barrels while stopping malolactic conversion really balances this offering. Try with spring asparagus dishes, or a lemony bitter green salad.
