Thursday Cottage have been producing high quality artisan jams and marmalades since 1963. From a small thatched cottage in Somerset to a small production unit in Tiptree, Thursday Cottage still stir the fresh finest ingredients by hand, in open pans and hand fill all their jams and marmalades.
Prepared with 46g of Rhubarb and 13g of Ginger per 100g. This intensley flavoured jam is wonderful with pastries or alongside some sheep's milk cheese.
Sugar, rhubarb, ginger, concentrated lemon juice, gelling agent: citrus pectin.
