The team at Fromagerie du Presbytère in Québec follows traditional techniques from Jura, France to encapsulate the exceptional Athabasca terroir. Raw cow's milk is transformed over the course of 9 months into an endlessly snackable firm cheese that offers a rich profile reminiscent of toasted hazelnuts and sweet butter.
