From the roaster: Kanji Lalji Coffee Estate has been in operation since 1956 but underwent a full revitalization a decade ago. The idea was to redevelop the quality of yield by removing all existing coffee plants and regenerating soil to then replant the 165 hectares of farm land. As well as installing an eco pulper for processing fresh cherries. It has clearly resulted in an improvement given they received the Coffee Quality Award from the Tanzania Coffee Estate Association.
Espect cooked orange, lime zest, and floral notes of jasmine over toffee and tropical melon.
