Bellwoods Brewery is one of Toronto’s most celebrated craft breweries, known for their meticulous approach to brewing and their commitment to flavour-forward, well-crafted beer. West of the Moon is their West Coast IPA: crystal clear, boldly hopped, and built around the classic West Coast flavour profile that made the style famous.
Bold notes of tangerine and apricot from the hops, with a resinous cedar character that grounds the fruit and gives it structure. Dry, bitter, and clean in the finish — the hallmark of a well-made West Coast IPA that doesn’t overstay its welcome. At 6.5% ABV and 473 ml, it’s the kind of beer that pairs naturally with aged cheddar, charcuterie, or anything with enough flavour to stand up to it.
