The base here is Red Winter apples from a friend’s organic farm, which were pressed directly and fermented in cuve, with the juice finishing fermentation in bottle. The bottles were disgorged at the beginning of April, at which point the cider was topped up with a little Viognier from last year’s harvest at Le Mazel. The result is a vinous and delicate take on the genre with fine bubbles and a gentle varietal perfume. A wonderful drink, so suited to spring.
Order before 10AM for same-day delivery throughout the GTA Monday-Friday! Orders placed after 10AM will be delivered next day. Packages arrive between 3pm-10:30pm, unfortunately we are not able to accommodate specific delivery times at the moment. However, if you would like a specific delivery date, simply make a note at check out and we can hold your package until the requested date.
Orders placed outside of our delivery zone will be shipped through Canada Post. Canada Post delivers Monday - Friday, any estimates in delivery times made by Canada Post are approximate and are not guaranteed.
We're also available for pick-ups and in store shopping 11AM to 7PM seven days a week.
