Their maple syrup is made in small batches, by hand, in a wood-fired evaporator. The old growth character of the maple trees in a 390 acre mixed forest shows off a beautiful sense of time and place. This is a 2024 vintage, the 9th batch from Tamarack farms overall, and has a brix reading of 68%. The best maple syrup the province has to offer.
