Lataria Engiadinaisa is the highest altitude dairy in Switzerland, nestled in the Engadin mountains. It was only natural that they would create a cheese infused with the essense of Swiss stone pine, a tree that starts to grow at 1,700m above sea level. Fresh, organic mountain milk is transformed over the course of 1-3 months into a creamy and mild cheese with pleasantly resinous and woody notes.
Ingredients: Organic thermalized cow's milk, salt, cultures, rennet.
