Smoked Coho Salmon in Birch Syrup

Tender, smoky, and mildly sweet; this tin balances natural wood-smoke with the gentle, but firm flavour of Alaskan birch syrup, sourced from the boreal forest near Homer, AK. The result is a can like non-other, and the coho inside sings with woody, umami-centric flavour.

It needs very little to shine at home and we love it on bread, a simple sandwich with a touch of mayo, or heaped high on potato latkes.

Ingredients: Coho Salmon, pure Alaskan birch syrup, salt, pure cane sugar, garlic, black pepper, all-natural wood smoke.

Order before 10AM for same-day delivery throughout the GTA Monday-Friday! Orders placed after 10AM will be delivered next day. Packages arrive between 3pm-10:30pm, unfortunately we are not able to accommodate specific delivery times at the moment. However, if you would like a specific delivery date, simply make a note at check out and we can hold your package until the requested date. 

Orders placed outside of our delivery zone will be shipped through Canada Post. Canada Post delivers Monday - Friday, any estimates in delivery times made by Canada Post are approximate and are not guaranteed. 

We're also available for pick-ups and in store shopping 11AM to 7PM seven days a week.
