Since 1902 the Borsari bakery has been producing their traditional Christmas cakes in Verona Italy, steeped in history and tradition, it is our pleasure to bring them to you.
This traditional panettone is made with cadied fruits for a nostalgic flavour you'll never forget.
WHEAT flour, fresh EGGS, candied orange, citron, and lemon peels 12.5% (orange peels 50%, citron 1.5%, lemon 1.5%, glucose-fructose syrup, sugar, acidity regulator: citric acid), sultanas 12%, BUTTER, sugar, natural yeast (WHEAT flour, water), rehydrated whole MILK powder, fresh EGG yolk, emulsifiers: Mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids; natural flavors, salt, cocoa butter. May contain NUTS, SOY, and MUSTARD.
