A fabulous and unique sake! This doburoku (unfiltered) sake has a rich & chunky consistency compared to a nigori. Almost like the texture of applesauce.
Its a truly dazzling sake with notes of kiwi, pineapple, vanilla, apple, cream, and rice on the nose and a sweet tart kind of acidity on the palate with more peach, kiwi, apple, pear, sweet tarts, citrus, rice, and umami flavors. A real treat!

Order before 10AM for same-day delivery throughout the GTA Monday-Friday! Orders placed after 10AM will be delivered next day. Packages arrive between 3pm-10:30pm, unfortunately we are not able to accommodate specific delivery times at the moment. However, if you would like a specific delivery date, simply make a note at check out and we can hold your package until the requested date.
Orders placed outside of our delivery zone will be shipped through Canada Post. Canada Post delivers Monday - Friday, any estimates in delivery times made by Canada Post are approximate and are not guaranteed.
We're also available for pick-ups and in store shopping 11AM to 7PM seven days a week.
