Made from the three traditional cava varieties: Macabeu, Xarelo and Parellada and a touch of Sumoll 12%, with a higher proportion of Xarel.lo. 100% own grapes. Exclusively in-house vinification, made by the traditional method. Fermentation in stainless steel vats, second fermentation in the bottle. No expedition liqueur added. Aged more than 2 years in bottle on its lees. Marked Mediterranean character with fine and persistent bubbles, well integrated. Fresh scents of white flowers with a hint of herbaceousness and dried fruit undertones. Good acidity, long and pleasant.
Order before 10AM for same-day delivery throughout the GTA Monday-Friday! Orders placed after 10AM will be delivered next day. Packages arrive between 3pm-10:30pm, unfortunately we are not able to accommodate specific delivery times at the moment. However, if you would like a specific delivery date, simply make a note at check out and we can hold your package until the requested date.
Orders placed outside of our delivery zone will be shipped through Canada Post. Canada Post delivers Monday - Friday, any estimates in delivery times made by Canada Post are approximate and are not guaranteed.
We're also available for pick-ups and in store shopping 11AM to 7PM seven days a week.
