This pairing comes to us from Quebec & New Zealand by way of the Loire Valley. Sauvignon Blanc & Goats cheese is a classic combination in that region, so we've taken New Zealands favourite grape and paired it with one of our favourite cheeses from Quebec, an ash rind goats cheese.
