The the Proper Marmalade this is made with Seville oranges imported straight from Seville and a fine cut shred. However, Fancy Marmalade sees the addition of 15 Year Old Dalwhinnie Single Malt Whiskey lending it a malted honey note on the finish. It was honoured with a Gold at the World Marmalade Festival in 2019.
INGREDIENTS: Seville Oranges, Pure Cane Sugar, Water, Fresh Lemon Juice and Zest, 15 Year Old Dalwhinnie Single Malt Whiskey.
