CUTTING-EDGE ‘CAVIAR’ FOR A GASTRONOMIC EXPERIENCE. The spherification process was pioneered by culinary artist, Ferran Adria, at his infamous ‘El Bulli’ restaurant, on the Costa Brava of Catalonia.
These translucent yellow pearls burst with the classic flavour of our signature medium ‘grand cru’ olive oil. Enjoy their aromatic, fruity, mildly bitter, yet sweet and buttery taste.

USAGE: Before use, turn the jar a few times, to release the pearls full aroma. The pearls keep their shape up to 60°C, so add them to cold food at any time, or after cooking, to garnish hot dishes.
Order before 10AM for same-day delivery throughout the GTA Monday-Friday! Orders placed after 10AM will be delivered next day. Packages arrive between 3pm-10:30pm, unfortunately we are not able to accommodate specific delivery times at the moment. However, if you would like a specific delivery date, simply make a note at check out and we can hold your package until the requested date.
Orders placed outside of our delivery zone will be shipped through Canada Post. Canada Post delivers Monday - Friday, any estimates in delivery times made by Canada Post are approximate and are not guaranteed.
We're also available for pick-ups and in store shopping 11AM to 7PM seven days a week.
