White is a mono-varietal (A what? Mono-varietal is a single distinct type of grape within it's variety. I looked it up.) of Xarel-lo. This wine is known for it's youthful, fresh taste! Being a distinct type of grape, there is no wine quite like it. Vibrantly fruity with sweet and herbal scents, not unlike fresh green fennel. Filled with typical flavours to Xarel-lo; tart green apple, pear and pineapple. Notes of jasmine trailing up your nose. White is unique. To quote our Queen, Rupaul: Why it gotta be White?
