Cider is perhaps the easiest beverage to pair with cheese, apples with their acidity and natural sweetness are a perfect match to cheese's rich fattiness. And it's no surprise that we chose Avonlea Clothbound Cheddar to pair with this delightful French cider.
This cider has a hint of residual sweetness to it which really helps to balance the acidity here and there is a narrow thread of funk that runs through items. The cheese, Avonlea Clothebound Cheddar, is perhaps Canada's best cheese. Produced in PEI this cheese is earthy and sharp & well balanced.
Order before 10AM for same-day delivery throughout the GTA Monday-Friday! Orders placed after 10AM will be delivered next day. Packages arrive between 3pm-10:30pm, unfortunately we are not able to accommodate specific delivery times at the moment. However, if you would like a specific delivery date, simply make a note at check out and we can hold your package until the requested date.
Orders placed outside of our delivery zone will be shipped through Canada Post. Canada Post delivers Monday - Friday, any estimates in delivery times made by Canada Post are approximate and are not guaranteed.
We're also available for pick-ups and in store shopping 11AM to 7PM seven days a week.
