Over 600lbs of freshly pressed Gamay skins are added to a traditional zero-hop gose for extended aging. The Gamay brings bright and vibrant strawberry, rhubarb, and raspberry that integrates beautifully with a balanced and clean acidity and subtle minerality. This year’s version has been conditioning naturally in bottle for approximately 4 months, will be wax dipped with a vibrant blue wax to match the label.
