Le Bourg Nord is the broadest expression in that range: a wine drawn from multiple parcels on the northern side of Avize, toward Cramant, assembled across vintages through a perpetual reserve. Where the single-parcel cuvées offer precision and specificity, Bourg Nord offers synthesis — a portrait of northern Avize as a whole, the chalk and linearity of this cooler, more northerly exposure expressed across time rather than frozen in a single harvest.
