Dive into orange wine with this three pack. Also known as Skin-Contact wine, Orange wine is essentially a white wine that is made like a red wine. The colour in red wine comes from the skins macerating in the juice of the grape. From here colour, tannin and texture is extracted. '
White wine is made by pressing the grapes and immediately removing the juice from the skins. So, Orange wine is when we press white grapes and let them macerate on the skins extracting the same colour and texture.
