Shoulders of Giants is a Cab Franc from right here in Ontario, Rosewood has put together a new-world wine with an old soul and notes of black currant, violets, and green bell pepper. Normally we'd expect a fruit forward wine from a new-world Cab but the cooler climates of Niagara lead to higher acid and more of that beautiful, vegetal green pepper flavour. Speaking of old souls, this wine pairs perfectly with fellow Canadian Avonlea Cheddar, an aged linen bound cheese with notes of potato skins and soil along with traditional sharpness of cheddar. These high school sweethearts know each other so well they pair perfectly no matter their age, voted most likely to end up together.
Order before 10AM for same-day delivery throughout the GTA Monday-Friday! Orders placed after 10AM will be delivered next day. Packages arrive between 3pm-10:30pm, unfortunately we are not able to accommodate specific delivery times at the moment. However, if you would like a specific delivery date, simply make a note at check out and we can hold your package until the requested date.
Orders placed outside of our delivery zone will be shipped through Canada Post. Canada Post delivers Monday - Friday, any estimates in delivery times made by Canada Post are approximate and are not guaranteed.
We're also available for pick-ups and in store shopping 11AM to 7PM seven days a week.
