The Meinklang farm is a closed loop. Their Angus cattle populate the landscape at Lake Neusiedlersee. Cows are the central elemnet in biodynamic farming and complete an ecological circle. They are the source for nutritious, organic fertilizer for their vinards.
A hands off approach during vinification is crucial and lends to the character of the wine. Without any artificial yeasts or any additives, the must is bottled during the spontaneous fermentation. Unfiltered and with no added sulphur, this wine is an example of what nature has to offer each vintage.
