The Dick Taylor FLEUR DE SEL chocolate bar is an elevated version of a classic pairing with 73% Northerner Blend dark chocolate and hand-harvested Guatemalan sea salt from Bitterman Salt Co. They take cacao from both Akesson Plantation of Madagascar and Fazenda Camboa of Brazil, and combine it with organic cane sugar from the Green Cane Project of Brazil to craft into their 73% Northerner Blend. This balanced chocolate blend is complemented by delicate Guatemalan sea salt sprinkled onto the back of each bar.
By using some of the best cacao in the world, they are able to eliminate the need to use fillers in our chocolate like added cocoa butter, soy lecithin, or vanilla and are able to let the true flavors of the cacao shine through.
